Chicken fries, Fajita Tortilla, Chicken soup, chicken pot pie soup, squash soup, Honey garlic chicken, Butter chicken, yummy short ribs. ROASTED CHICKEN AND GRAVYServings: 5-6Preparation time: 4 hoursIngredients: 1 chicken, about 4 pounds2 tsp. of ghee2 peeled and chopped onions5 crushed garlic cloves1 Tsp. of tomato sauce1/4 cup of broth, vegetable or chicken2 tsp. of vinegar½ tsp of salt 1 tsp each of: pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, thyme and dried rosemaryDirections:1.In a saucepan, melt the ghee. 2.Add you veggies and spices, and then stir for about 10 minutes, also add the vinegar, broth and finally put your chicken, till it changes in color.3. Now transfer the chicken to the crock pot after seasoning it. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. 4.Open the lid in the cooker and insert a thermometer to check for internal temperature (160°F)5.When the chicken is tender enough, take the veggies with the seasonings and broth, and then blend it very well in a blender. 6.Pour gravy over the chicken and serve.CHICKEN WINGS WITH TERIYAKI SAUCEServings: 4-5Cooking time: 12 minutesIngredients:2 pounds of wings2 tsp. of sugar6 tsp. of any vegetable oil, I prefer sesame oil1 cup of light teriyaki sauce1 medium size freshly squeezed lemon (juice)½ tsp. of ground red pepperDirections:1.Season the wings with 4 tablespoon oil, sugar, teriyaki and lime.2.Keep the seasoned wings in the refrigerator overnight, or at least for 4 hours.3.Adjust your cooking pot to the “browning setting”, and add the remaining 2 tsp. of oil, also add the wings together with its marinade when the oil becomes hot. 4.Lock and adjust the cooking time to 12 minutes on high.5.Turn off your cooker when the beep sounds and then set it to the quick release of steam for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy your yummy chicken wings. SMOKEY BEEFServings: 4Cooking time: 60 minutesIngredients:1 pound of flat steak1 tsp. of meat tenderizer, melted1/2 tsp. of meat seasonings1/2 tsp. of celery salt1/2 tsp. of garlic powder2 tsp. of liquid smoke1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup of water1 cup of BBQ sauceDirections:1.Slice your meat with a kitchen knife, but make sure they are not separated.2.Season your meat pieces with all the spices listed above, and with the Worcestershire and BBQ sauce. 3.Keep the seasoned meat it in the refrigerator overnight or at least for 6 hours.4.Now, put the meat in your pressure cooker pot, add your water and lock the lid. 5.Now, adjust the cooking time to 1 hour (60 min.) and cook on high.6.Turn off your cooker when the beep sounds, and then set it to quick release of steam for about 1 minute.7.Serve using flat surface plat and slice into smaller pieces.For more Recipes click on the BUY NOW button to download your copy.
