Have you ever fell in love, most of you will say yes. We all fall in love, badly madly, truly , deeply. Love becomes obsession. Love is the most profound emotion in the word, it just catches you knowingly, unknowingly and you are into love. OMG ! What a feeling just close your eyes right now and think about it. Just do it. Awesome right! Can you think of a feeling as intoxicating as love? Can you? What can you do for your love? Anything and everything right?
I know I was foodless for her for seven days, it was obsession, and I just wanted her badly, very badly. Why did I leave that pursuit, why I stopped loving her. Did I ? Do I still love her? Long list of questions just populating and I don’t have answers . May be I never searched for them.
“ You seek and you find.”
True love does not have reference of past and future. It exists in the "NOW" . It is a spontaneous joy within you. We share, shower love for no reason and no motives. It is expressed without any condition. A true lover will never impose his ideas, desires. A true lover never possesses someone. Rather his love makes others feel free. A true love for someone gradually transform into a love for everyone. Love graduates from self-love, to love for someone special to love for everyone. It transcend from being selfish, conditional to unselfish and unconditional love. It’s a transformation into a higher state of being.
Where there is a love there is no hate, jealousy, doubt, anger, and possessiveness. In love, most often people move into the head, start intellectualizing love; over analyze relationship, often do cost-benefit analysis. In this intellectualization of love, heart is left behind, emotions are ignored. The mother of love, heart, where love is born, is forgotten, only body and intellect remains. More dependence, and less inter-dependence. People in love interact more with body and intellect and less with heart, insights and true emotions. Talk more, but listen less. Trust more but understand less. Have more sex, less intimacy. Person starts owning each other, possess each other. This is the time when people begin claiming other as their own. This is what is expected. It is a conditioned response. It seems as basic human reactions in love. It looks good for some time. Gradually, analytic mind start looking at negativism, weaknesses of others and soon become intolerable. Then the whole journey becomes bitter. Instead of attaining peace, life becomes a noise.....

Gratitude stems from 'gratus', which is a Latin word for thankful or pleasing, and today, much of its meaning has stayed the same, oftentimes extending to other meanings such as appreciation or gratefulness.

It may seem rather unusual that over recent years, psychologists have found people to have their ‘happiness level’ increase by a huge percentage after showing a simple act of gratitude; but why is this so, one might ask?
Expressing gratitude gives a distinct level of happiness because a person focuses more on how another individual has done something for him or her, and this form of appreciation gives the mind a perception of value. Having a sense of value for something or someone can allow one’s self to reflect on how much he or she has.
If for example, Person A feels like she has finally reached the lowest point in her life, and in comes Person B, helping her cope with her situation and addressing her needs, eventually Person A gets through her situation and she may feel that huge weight finally come off of her shoulders; but, upon showing appreciation and gratefulness (maybe by doing acts of goodwill, writing a letter or a thank you note), Person A has not only ‘repaid her debts’, but by expressing a simple act of gratitude, she has allowed herself to see the brighter side of life through the existence of a friend and how much that friend has changed her life.

The idea of this book is simple. I want to find or create my own way of doing things instead of doing what everyone else is doing. I want to embrace my individuality and live it instead of neglecting it and trying to fit in with the masses. I want to use my unique skills and talents to contribute to the world instead of just wasting time getting by, doing things I hate for the most of my awake time. I want to regain full control over my life instead of handing it over to someone else, giving him the power to decide what will happen to me next. I want to live, and not merely exist. These are simple goals, yet, many people seem to follow flawed approaches to living a meaningful or fulfilling life like that. For years, I chased a wildly delusional dream. I bought into the myth of social conditioning. I believed all these odd scams they told me about. To find a well-paying job, be a good student, get a great education, follow the rules, don’t bump into too many people, find a nice girlfriend to grow old with, buy her a house to provide her “roots,” and then work your butt off trading time for money for a couple of centuries to pay off all these debts you have accumulated to get all this superficial nonsense. Also, be nice, don’t speak up, and don’t you ever do something that is not considered OK by the norm and the people around you. It’s a terrible and limited way to approach life because it’s designed to fit the masses and not the individual. Yet so many people force themselves to follow through on these absurd concepts to get a short burst of “feeling accepted” because everyone wants to be loved and liked, and thinks that if they do what others tell them to, then they should qualify for approval and love. Sadly, the real world doesn’t work that way. Finding meaning, fulfillment, excitement, approval, appreciation, significance, or even love has nothing to do with the ideas our upbringing, social conditioning, family, friends, society, or the media try to make us believe; it’s furthermore the exact opposite. So, as I grew older, I realized that I had to start giving less fucks about what everyone else expected of me, and way more fucks about what I really wanted out of life. I focused on what made me special, what my individual strengths were, and how I could build my life around them to get the most out of it. I had to do it for myself, and not for anyone else. You could say that I got more and more selfish as the years passed, fueled by the feedback I got from my old ways of doing things. And I realized that the way I handled my life until then only got me further and further away from where I really wanted to be and what I would call a good life. I was slowly, but surely, running low on fucks left to give. I had done what was considered the right thing for such a long time that I forgot what it was like to simply do what feels right to me. It’s common knowledge that if you work hard, you’ll get ahead. It’s also common knowledge that if you have a great education, you’ll get a well-paying job. It’s common knowledge that if you play it safe, you won’t lose. That’s much “common,” but little “knowledge.” Where did this knowledge lead me in the real world? Where did I end up? Working long hours in the office, hating my job, exhausted in the evening, coping with a deep-seated need for external validation, feeling empty and depressed, quitting my job out of sheer desperation, ending up broke and confused, not knowing where my strengths were or how I could apply them and make a meaningful contribution, and then wondering where everything went downhill and I had taken the wrong turn. Confused and lost, I had to admit to myself that it was about time to find my own way...

I have yet to find someone who doesn't appreciate the gift of some kind of food.
Play with a child and give the parent or grandparent a break while you get to have the fun.

Remember this: if you are closed to giving, you are also closed to receiving.
Do you share 'inner sunshine' ? It is displayed when serving and contributing.
Post a mental sign that says “no grouches or grumps or grudges allowed in this space”.

Your 'gift', whatever it is, may not be generously accepted. Try not to let it bother you. It is their issue, not yours, if they have a hard time saying thanks. You reached out and made a difference, whether they can appreciate it right now or not. The premise for a better today and tomorrow was demonstrated.

Your consistently kind and generous actions will energize daily life by creating excellence out of mediocrity, beauty out of drabness, excitement out of apathy, and light in the darkness.

Find adventure in everything you do and everywhere you go when you choose to look at life with an attitude of discovery and a welcoming view that everything has something special to offer. What do you do to learn something new, interesting, or useful? Help someone else enlarge their thought processes and you will be rewarded with new insights.

Relax and reflect. While you may not be able to arrange for 15-30 minutes of quiet time just for you, remember that you can mentally escape almost any time of the day. Retain a collection of pleasant images to call up on a moments notice.

You may plan for the future so the upcoming present moments will be good for you, but you can only effectively live right now. It begins with attitudes and actions taken today. Your creative wisdom is able to conjure up many scenarios to act as a guidance system to allow the creation of additional happiness to fill the 24 hours in every day. Each day can present new impulses, new inspiration, and new chances to be creative. Seek out happiness everyday rather than waiting for conditions to be just right on some far-off tomorrow.

People who express happiness are protected more effectively from the feeling of sluggishness, negative or scarcity thinking, and sometimes physical ailments. Joyful people seem to be having much fun and are full of vim and vigor. They want nothing to do with dismal, dreary conditions. To top it off, joy is catching and contagious. People are naturally attracted to those who were smiling, laughing, or having a good time.
