The Secret Laws of Narcissistic Abuse: 21 Psychological Weapons to Read the Mind and Counter Manipulate a Narcissist, even if You're an Empath Plagued by Codependency

by Avery Hayes

If you want to find out whether your mind is being controlled by a narcissist, then keep reading…Narcissists are puppeteers aiming to turn you into a loyal and submissive pet. They are disgusted with who they really are. So, in order to tolerate themselves, they build an artificial persona, they wear a charming mask they use to seduce you. And they want you, because they need someone they can have control over in order to feel powerful and validated. At first glance, they seem like very nice and interesting people; they are kind, funny, and most of all, they appear to really understand you. All of this is just an illusion. Since they believe no one could love them for what they are, they have learned ways to memorise behavioral patterns in order to understand how the mind of their ideal prey works; to recognize it and to trap it. They plunge their hands deep inside your psyche and gain complete control over your mind.By the time they have secured you, the mask falls apart piece by piece, and you get to see what was hiding behind. They start to be unreasonably demanding and to play the victim to make you feel guilty. They are always right, your opinion has no value and everything that goes wrong is your fault. After some time, your self-esteem is drained, you would like to run but you feel damaged at the same time. After being so viciously exploited by a person that appeared to care so deeply about you, how could you ever trust again? Or maybe you just feel so deprived of your value that, even if you know you’re not happy, you can’t imagine a life without your narcissist: that’s the foundation of codependency. In “The Laws of Narcissistic Abuse” you’ll find out the key strategies narcissists implement to manipulate your psyche as well as the way to reverse the damage they have caused. In this book, you will discover:The narcissists’ Achilles heel: science-based techniques to reverse engineer narcissists and hit them where it hurts the mostHow to build a solid shield against guilt, shame and other negative emotionsHow to get over post-breakup stress disorder and trust again after being the victim of a narcissistThe sneaky ways your narcissistic partner tricks you into thinking he/she really cares about youThe unpleasant truth behind why some people are attracted to narcissists like a magnet… and how to break this toxic cycleWill a narcissist ever really change for love?Codependency: why you will miss your narcissist even if you were the one breaking up, unless…The dirty purpose hiding behind the narcissist’s lies and how to catch themWhy you should be extra worried when a narcissist is being nice to youYes, narcissists do cheat A LOT, and here’s why…How narcissists manipulate your vision of the world into thinking that you need themVengeful narcissists: how to leave when you fear the consequencesWhy some narcissists always talk about the huge success they will achieve in their lives… but they actually won’t And more…This book is my legacy: as a survivor of narcissistic parents and multiple narcissistic relationships myself, in 2011 I decided to dedicate my life to decoding how narcissists' predatory strategies and counterstrategies really work. It's a formula that consists of the very best approaches that I’ve found and applied over the years, so even if you’re an HSP or an Empath you will be able to recognize narcissists quickly and in every context, build impregnable boundaries, put an end to codependency and finally take your life back again. If you’re ready to go down the rabbit hole and see what’s inside the narcissist’s mind then scroll up and click the “Buy now with 1-Click” button to get your book instantly!

Discover the narcissistic personality disorder: and How can you and your parents stop it and heal yourself from it

by Christopher Rose Rose

What to do when your need for admiration takes control of your brain and you can´t live in a world where you aren´t the greatest… Did people ever confront you with your dominance? Do you come across more arrogant than others without even noticing? Do people blame you for being superior? You love to seek for power and admiration because you know you deserve it. Even if you are working hard to create your empire, you need to understand how kings used to rule the world. No one likes to be pushed around and be treated like a tick with contagious diseases. Yet, if you ask your friends and family they will agree this is often how they feel in your presence. As much as you want to be loved and admired, they have the same needs. The core of humanity was empathy until climbing up the ladder became pushing a knife into someone else's back. It became much harder to grow up in this world, which is why a rare mental disorder, called narcissistic personality (NPD) disorder, doubled over the last years. Twenge and Campbell conducted studies suggesting that the incidence of NPD had more than doubled in the US in the prior 10 years and that 1 in 16 of the population has experienced NPD. Once you recognize it is not normal to consider yourself the center of attention, it becomes tough to break out of the narcissism spiral. You should know, it is never too late to change. Most, if not all of us, demonstrate narcissistic tendencies over time. It is hard to admit to an extreme feeling of jealousy or the need for positive reinforcement from others. Yet, it is much harder to suffer from isolation, unhealthy relationships and a fake world of success. Eventually, narcissistic personality disorder can be fatal. Suicidal thoughts, drug abuse, and aggressive behavior are just some examples resulting from the seemingly harmless mental disorder. In this book, you´ll discover: 10 signs to know if your sense of grandiosity is more than just an overdose of self-confidence When and how to take action on your lack of empathy, distrust, and overambition to control others How to handle the royal voices in your head to protect yourself from being checkmated by the people you actually love Which type of NDP you are and how to deal with the toxin, the exhibitionist or the covert within you Which relationships are suffering from your personality and why even Cupid can´t help you if you don´t take action How your greatness can help you to become a better version of yourself to maintain real relationships with family, friends, and co-workers How to find people who understand you better than every relative and how those people can help you Why family can be a solid rock in the healing process and how to become that rock when your child is suffering from narcissistic traits 10 ways to heal narcissistic personality disorder including the #1 best therapy How to relate better with others so your relationships are more intimate, enjoyable and rewarding The causes of your emotions and what drives you to sabotage yourself and others And much more. It can be scary to start the process of healing and you might have already tried different ways of curing yourself before. Unfortunately, there is not enough information to easily research the topic online. Especially with mental disorders like NDP, it is important to understand the core of the problem and go on your own journey. What works for someone else might not be right for you. Soon you´ll have more than one pathway to choose from to make sure your journey succeeds. Even if you feel great right now, you know the next dip is waiting around the corner. Narcissistic personality disorder harms not only one individual, but it tears entire families ap

Dreams Interpreting The 50 Most Common Dreams: Guide To Their Symbols, Meaning And Purpose

by Cheryl Leonard

Dreams provide a powerful source of insight for learning. How we remember, interpret, and use them, can help us to solve problems and achieve goals in our lives. They are emotions, images, or thoughts that occur in our unconscious mind during sleep. The average person has between approximately 3 to 7 dreams per night, with up to two hours dreaming time. Approximately 95% of all dreams are forgotten once awakened. During a lifetime an average of approximately 6 years will be spent dreaming. This guide illustrates types or categories of dreams. It details symbols with their meaning and purpose, and provides techniques to help with dream interpretation. Dream interpretation is known to be subjective, for multiple experts may interpret the same dream in many different ways. This book highlights the 50 most common dreams that are considered universal dreams. These are dreams with a certain theme that is common across many different cultures.

Mind Control: Changing Your Perspective

by Walter Garfield

Ask yourself an important question, do you control your thoughts and feelings or do they control you?The aim of this book is to briefly touch on my experience with anxiety and depression but more importantly the steps I’ve put in place to live a happier, more productive and more stress free life, where I’m living a bit more in the present moment. One where I’m less adversely impacted by the ups and downs we all face on a day-to-day basis and where I face less regret over the past and worry over the future.I’ve practiced and researched numerous techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness meditation, yoga, exercise as well as some of my own ideas – it’s just as much about cutting back as it is about learning new techniques, trimming the fat (and there’s a lot of fat) if you will. We all have good days and bad days and of course this book won’t prevent the bad days. I just hope, and am confident, that it brings your overall level of wellbeing up over the longer term (weeks and months), assuming you are willing to make some major changes. Try not to look for instant fixes to your problems. This book certainly can’t do that.Don’t think that this is intended just for depressed or anxious people, the techniques in here work equally well for people who are feeling just okay but still want a lift in their mood or their outlook. In fact it should work well for those who aren’t anxious or depressed because it provides you techniques that can make you less vulnerable should, most likely when, bad times come your way. Then the book goes broader. This is not intended to be just about my mind, or your mind, but society’s, and to explore in a bit more depth how society’s problems are becoming your problems and possibly the other way around too. One of my main concerns is that these societal problems or negative traps are getting easier to end up in, and more difficult to get out of. Just think about something like obesity, the rapid emergence of social media, how people simply don’t put enough value on their time, or how millions of kids are flooding into universities and are now drowning in debt because they've been misinformed. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like many of these issues are getting properly addressed and many of them are ignored by the people who they are most acutely impacting, perhaps in the hope that they’ll just go away. This is a recipe for disaster on a pretty epic scale. Have the awareness of where things may be going wrong in your life and start taking action to put things right.

CODEPENDENCY: You're Codependent - How To Stop Worrying and Love Yourself (Marriage, Stop Worrying, Codependence, Love Yourself) (Codependency, Enabling, Healthy Relationships Book 1)

by Maggie Thompson

Do you ever feel that you are the sole reason your current relationship has sustained until now? Do you ever feel as if you are the only thing keeping your partner from self-destructing due to illness or addiction? Do you ever feel like your partner would be unable to survive without you to care for them and their mental or physical needs? Do you ever feel that as a result of your relationship with your partner, you yourself have become negatively addicted to harmful substances such as cigarettes, alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, drugs, or sleeping pills; or to harmful behavior’s such as torture, masochism, poverty, hoarding or isolation?

If any of these rings true in regards to your current or past relationships, then perhaps the root of your struggles lies within the flawed manner in which you view your relationships. That is, perhaps, your relationship is a co-dependent relationship. Many of us today feel that helping our loved one get their next high, their next drink, or a pack of smokes is a small price to pay in return for their company. Rather than stepping up and repairing the damage this behavior causes, we continue to feed the behavior…in the name of love.

In the process, we also end up realizing that our dependency is so strong that it is impossible to breathe without the other. Often, even after the partner gets professional help the co-dependent is left to pick up the pieces for the rest of his/her life. If you find yourself in such a relationship, the answers you see lie in the pages of this book. Here you’ll find tools to resolve issues of co-dependency for both you and your partner. This book aims to provide professional help for the co-dependents through real-life examples, incidents, techniques, resolutions and solutions to heal yourselves and your relationships properly. I myself have been a partner in co-dependent relationships and have struggled through misguided attempts to resolve my relationship problems. It is because of this that I have attempted to put together this book to guide you down the healing path.

I hope that through my experiences to share the tools needed to escape the co-dependent cycle and move beyond the meaningless relationships of the past where the tendency to enable our partners destructive habits places us in a position of emotional servitude. I wish each and every one of you to find the love for yourself that allows you to become a healthy loving partner in the future.
